The 4 founding directors have in excess of 100 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry. This expertise has been gained from senior managerial positions in international pharmaceutical companies in the areas of finance, marketing, commercial, legal, manufacturing and regulatory.

All of the directors have been involved in the successful development and marketing of niche medicines over the past 5 years.

Marlborough have established offices in Wiltshire and are structured so as to have a low capital and overhead base.
